What You’ll Do

✔ Design and build scalable SaaS applications using React, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Next.js.
✔ Modernize legacy web apps for better UX, performance, and scalability.
✔ Lead team ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives).
✔ Mentor engineers and drive technology initiatives for performance and maintainability.
✔ Collaborate with Product, UX, and DevOps to ship user-focused solutions.
✔ Integrate AI tools to enhance workflows and drive innovation.
✔ Debug, troubleshoot, and support deployments in a cloud-based environment.

Tech Stack You’ll Use

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Bootstrap, reusable component libraries

• Backend: Ruby on Rails, Node.js, RESTful APIs

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL

• Cloud: AWS or GCP (preferred)

• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Lean product development, SOLID principles

Who We’re Looking For

✅ 7+ years experience building large-scale, cloud-based SaaS applications.
✅ Expert-level React (state management, performance optimization, reusable components).
✅ Strong Ruby on Rails skills (API development, backend logic).
✅ Experience with Node.js, Next.js, and modern frontend tooling.
✅ Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
✅ Understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
✅ Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve development or product features.
✅ Excellent English communication (daily syncs with US-based teams).

Nice to Have

🔸 Experience with AWS/GCP deployment and services.
🔸 Background in FinTech, legal-tech, or B2B professional services.
