Lead Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling banners for social media and contribute ideas to enhance graphics and branding.

• Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials.

• Develop new templates and refine existing ones.

• Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM.

• Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator.

• Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.

• Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

Nice to have:

• Experience in 3D design and modeling.

• Experience in motion design.
