About the role
HYPERVSN is planning to open an HR Manager position at our Minsk office in the near future. We’re looking for a proactive, people-driven HR Manager who loves connecting with talent and helping teams grow. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on recruitment with broader HR support — building smooth processes, supporting managers, and shaping a strong, positive team culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse teams — from R&D to Sales and Marketing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source amazing people via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews, guide candidates through the process, and handle offers and onboarding.
  • Build pipelines for key and niche roles to keep our talent pool strong.
  • Develop and improve HR processes, templates, and onboarding experiences.
  • Support distributed teams across multiple countries, ensuring our HR practices align globally.
  • Advise managers on performance, motivation, and team communications.
  • Plan team initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment (international experience is a big plus).
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • A people-focused mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Confidence using sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent English – both spoken and written (this is a must!).
