Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

1) HVAC System Design & Spec-in

Review project information and architectural drawings provided by clients.

Design commercial air conditioning systems (VRF, Chiller, etc.) using AutoCAD and load calculation software.

Select appropriate equipment and generate technical specifications (Spec-in) for projects.

2) Technical Proposal & Client Support

Prepare and present technical proposals to consultants, developers, and installers.

Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements and provide engineering solutions.

Support the sales team with technical data and competitive analysis.

3) Training & Technical Support
Training HVAC Academy training sessions for dealers, installers, and internal staff regarding product information and project design.

Requirements:

1) Mandatory Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (HVAC specialization preferred).

Language Skills:

• Kazakh: Native level
  • Russian: Native level
  • English: Intermediate level

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) is essential.
  • Understanding of HVAC system principles (Thermodynamics, Fluid mechanics).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

2) Recommended / Preferred Qualifications Experience: 1~3 years of experience in the HVAC industry or construction design.

Software: Experience with HVAC simulation software (e.g., BIM (Revit) is a plus.
Soft Skills:

• Strong presentation skills for conducting training sessions.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
