Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of account managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
• Manage and grow relationships with top-tier clients, delivering tailored solutions that maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies and processes for managing the entire client portfolio efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to drive client-focused initiatives and resolve challenges.
• Monitor account performance metrics and client feedback to continuously improve account management practices.
• Identify and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance team productivity and client engagement.
• Lead regular training sessions and workshops to develop the skills and knowledge of the account management team.
• Provide detailed reports to senior management on account performance, team activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, fostering new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Drive new business development opportunities through strategic account expansion and cross-selling.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to manage each stage
effectively.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for expos and events.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• A positive and sociable approach to building client relationships.
