Client Engagement Manager \ Delivery Manager

We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

We are looking for a Client Engagement Manager \ Delivery Manager with a strong background in IT outsourcing and software delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts in long-term projects (6+ months)

• Identify and implement upsell opportunities (team and resource expansion, role additions, scope growth)

• Increase contract value without acquiring new clients

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, including C-level and senior stakeholders

• Initiate improvements: additional resources, process optimization, scope expansion

• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and churn prevention

• Track account status using CRM systems

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/software development in one of the following roles: Account Manager, Delivery Manager, Customer Success Manager, Senior Project Manager

• Proven experience in upselling and increasing contract value without acquiring new clients

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery team roles

• Experience with CRM/account tracking systems

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including C-level interactions

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with clients from the EU, UK, and US

• Background in consulting, business analysis, or process improvement

• Knowledge of project financials (margin, utilization)

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
