1) Solid experience with Golang, Docker, Postgres, RabbitMQ (or Kafka), gRPC, REST API, and Backend testing
2) Understanding of Grafana/Prometheus functions and using these services during development
3) Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and adaptability
4) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5) Experience building Go applications with a focus on resilience and uptime
6) Fluent business English
7) Nice to have experience of working with Nomad, Consul, Jaeger, Consul, OpenSearch, Sentry (or with similar tolls and services)
