Junior Course Coordinator

LeverX is looking for a Course Coordinator to play a key role in promoting courses, preparing materials, and driving employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and launch external tech courses and internal basic courses for junior employees;
• Manage onboarding processes for training and development;
• Conduct online training sessions for newcomers;
• Participate in other educational activities.

This involves:

• Prepare and update materials;
• Support instructor preparation;
• Promote the courses;
• Manage mailing lists and groups;
• Collect and manage feedback.

Requirements:

• English – at least B2 level;

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) – Advanced proficiency;

• Google Meet – Basic proficiency;

• Zoom – Basic proficiency;

• Miro – Basic proficiency;

• Videomaking – Basic proficiency;

• Copywriting – Basic proficiency;

• Strong communication abilities;

• Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking;

• Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
