Purpose of the Role:
Designing, implementing, and analyzing strategic motivation programs that enhance sales team performance, drive field execution, and improve the company’s visibility at traditional points of sales. This role oversees sales incentive frameworks, national/regional merchandising blitz days, SKU penetration initiatives (ASA), and performance reporting—ensuring alignment with the company’s key priorities and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Incentives Program Management
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales incentive structures based on business priorities.
- Collect sales performance data, calculate incentive payouts, and validate results with Sales and Finance.
- Drive motivation and engagement by introducing new formats, competitions, and reward mechanisms
- Ensure timely communication of incentive mechanics and results to field teams.
Merchandising Blitz Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end coordination of Merchandising Blitz Days (planning, communication, tracking, reporting).
- Prepare execution guidelines, toolkits, KPIs, and briefing materials.
- Consolidate results, analyze execution gaps, and prepare clear management presentations.
Must‑SKU Monthly List Management (ASA)
SOVI (Share of Visible Inventory) Analysis
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze SOVI data across regions.
- Prepare monthly SOVI performance reports.
- Identify execution gaps and support field teams in action planning.
- Track progress and improvements over time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in shopper / trade marketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects.
