Main Responsibilities: - Analyze data to drive regional/category/customer growth
- Forecast sales and trade budgets for optimal profitability
- Develop and implement promotion plans and investment proposals
- Negotiate and build customer relationships
- Ensure full portfolio presence on shelves
- Monitor customer strategies, competitor trends, and identify opportunities
- Set and achieve growth targets, ensuring budget compliance
Skills and Experience: - Sales, analytical skills, self-discipline, negotiation skills, ability to ensure task completion
- Experience working with B2C customers
- Growth mindset, customer & consumer focus, accountability and responsibility
- University degree in related field (MBA will be a plus)
- Proficiency in Kazakh and Russian (essential)
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
MUST: experience in Key Account Management (at least 3 years) and English (at least B1), experience in FMCG, B2C
