Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

IMAN is a fast-growing fintech company building modern financial products based on the principles of Islamic finance. We are looking for a Mobile Lead (Flutter) who will take full technical ownership of our mobile direction and lead the development of high-quality, secure mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the mobile technical direction of the company
• Lead development of mobile applications using Flutter as the primary framework
• Design and maintain clean, modular, and scalable mobile architecture
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services via REST / gRPC APIs
• Implement and manage state management solutions
• Oversee release management for App Store and Google Play (builds, submissions, updates)
• Conduct code reviews, ensure high code quality and best practices
• Mentor and support mobile developers, fostering technical growth
• Collaborate closely with backend, product, QA, and design teams
• Ensure application performance, stability, and security

Must Have

• Strong experience with Flutter (primary technology)
• Experience with native Android or iOS development
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture (clean architecture, modular design)
• Experience integrating REST and/or gRPC APIs
• Solid knowledge of state management approaches
• Hands-on experience with App Store and Play Store release management
• Proven leadership experience in mobile development
• Ability to take technical ownership and make architectural decisions
• Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience building fintech or security-sensitive mobile applications
• Experience with analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools
