Junior Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Operations Specialist to support the smooth execution of internal business processes across departments.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to identifying and implementing areas of improvement in operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including drafting contracts and managing workflow documentation

• Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure process efficiency

• Prepare and refresh basic P&L-related models and performance reports

• Ensure accurate data input and integrity across company systems

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements

• Communicate ideas clearly with cross-departmental team members

• Participate in cross-functional discussions to solve operational challenges

• Take initiative in learning business operations concepts through independent study and team activities

Requirements:

• B1+ level or higher proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Recent graduate or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic business acumen

• Capability to prioritize tasks and effectively handle multiple responsibilities

• Attention to detail combined with a solution-driven approach to challenges

• Clear and professional communication with a focus on collaboration across departments

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally through self-development
