Обязанности: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel’s reservation system.
- Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain

Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language
