Intellicis

Новая компания Intellicis, запускающая деятельность в сфере разработки цифровых продуктов (Software as a Service / SaaS), ищет Технического консультанта для начала работы над первым проектом. На первом этапе Intellicis будет фокусироваться на создании цифровых продуктов для рынков в области медицины и фармацевтики, а затем планирует расширение на другие отрасли.

Мы ищем опытного Технического консультанта со свободным владением английским языком для поддержки разработки нашего продукта на ранней стадии на условиях почасовой оплаты. Это практическая консультативная роль, ориентированная на проверку бэкенд-кода, поиск и подбор разработчиков с последующим контролем качества выполняемой ими работы.

Эта роль подойдет техническому руководителю с опытом управления командами разработчиков SaaS, оценки существующих систем и сопровождения внешних поставщиков от начала проекта до стабильных, готовых к использованию релизов.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect the backend codebase: review architecture, code quality, security, scalability, maintainability, and deployment readiness; identify risks and prioritize fixes needed for a real-world product.
Assess product suitability: determine whether the current implementation supports the intended product scope and roadmap; recommend practical improvements and sequencing.
Curate vendor selection: help define evaluation criteria, review proposals, run technical interviews, and advise on choosing development vendors/contractors.
Curate software development: validate estimates, challenge assumptions, and ensure the work meets agreed quality and performance standards.
Act as a technical “second opinion” for key decisions (stack, architecture tradeoffs, build vs buy).

Required Experience & Skills (Must-Have)

6+ years in professional software development
Strong backend and system design expertise with one or more of: Node.js, Django, Python, Java, .NET, Go, and front-end experience with one or more of: (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
Proven experience designing and operating modern cloud systems (AWS / Azure / GCP), including:
- CI/CD, environments, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/etc.)
- monitoring/alerting/logging
- security fundamentals (IAM, secrets, least privilege)
Demonstrated track record in technical due diligence, audits, and high-quality code reviews.
Hands-on experience selecting and managing external vendors/contract teams and ensuring successful delivery.
Excellent communication: able to produce clear written reports and confidently lead technical discussions.
Practical, evidence-based mindset: high standards, strong risk management, pragmatic execution.
Experience building or evaluating B2B SaaS products end-to-end.
English proficiency level: fluent.
