Finance Business Partner - Supply chain

Carlsberg Kazakhstan has an exciting growth strategy, and we are looking for an experienced professional with proven financial skills and business understanding.

You will be a financial partner of the supply chain division and will support the profitability and growth of our successful brand portfolio through the efficiency management of logistics, production and copacking operations, CAPEX and procurement management.

• Provide expert support for all functional teams in the supply chain area, including financial modeling and risk assessment.

• Collaborate with the supply chain department to optimize costs and improve business processes.

• Analyze and develop KPIs for supply chain management, participate in planningand budgeting.

• Contribute to cost reduction strategies and enhance operational efficiency.

• Driving, coordinating, and improving IT tools, investigating new technology (Power BI, and Excel, leveraging AI).

What we’re looking for:

You are a business-oriented finance professional with extensive supply chain understanding. A true team player who thrives when collaborating with others and has great communication skills.

• Proven experience in collaborating with multiple business functions (production, procurement, logistics) and in a business partner role.
• Master’s degree in finance or other relevant economic background, with proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a multinational company.
• You demonstrate proven financial skills and business understanding. You are capable of transforming complex and large quantities of data into concise communication.
• You maintain a positive attitude and keep a helicopter perspective while knowing you have the details under control.
• You present yourself as structured, process-oriented, and flexible towards tasks.
• You have proactive and enthusiastic personality with the motivation to deliver improvements.
• You are fluent in English and able to travel.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
