• Lead innovation and product development from concept to launch.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns and ensure the “Golden Thread” across all communications.
• Conduct market insights and competitive analysis to stay ahead.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support regional teams.
• Manage financial performance: NOPAT, EBITDA, ROMI.
