Customs and Logistics Specialist

We're looking for a "Customs & Logistics Specialist" for Kazakhstan operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customs authorities to support daily operations and ensure compliance.

• Liaise with local suppliers and cargo centers to organize deliveries and resolve issues.

• Support coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Prepare and submit daily customs reports and required documents (invoices, declarations, return forms, destruction reports, etc.).

• Assist with DFS (duty-free shop) sales reporting and invoicing.

• Follow customs and logistics regulations.

• Ensure all work complies with internal procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, customs, or warehouse operations.

• Basic knowledge of customs documentation and processes.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills, including with local and international partners.

• Basic English proficiency.
