Responsibilities: Creative Execution & Design Production
- Lead the design and adaptation of branded assets across print, digital, and social channels in line with Mary Kay’s global brand standards;
- Deliver high-quality creative work tailored to local audiences while aligned with global direction;
- Apply strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling across formats;
- Collaborate with marketing, translation, and production teams to deliver accurate, on-brand assets;
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Brand Leadership & Collaboration:

Act as the lead creative partner for cross-functional teams;

Represent local creative work and insights in global forums;

Champion consistent and effective brand execution in the local market;

Provide feedback on global templates and creative systems to improve local relevance.
Team Leadership & Creative Mentorship:

Manage and mentor designers, providing creative direction and performance feedback;

Oversee freelance and contract designers as needed;

Build a collaborative, high-performing design culture;

Serve as a key link between local and global brand teams.
Cross-Market Collaboration & Local Insight:
Global Brand Integration:

Participate in global brand check-ins, pilots, and brainstorms;

Contribute feedback to global tools, templates, and processes;

Communicate creative decisions clearly in an international environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related creative field preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in professional design across print and digital. 3+ years of Supervision experience. Strong portfolio of work showing layout design, campaign assets, and brand storytelling;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities;
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, brands, and influencers;
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing external factors;
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher Fluent reading, writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Passion for brand consistency, quality design, and collaborative team culture.
- Previous leadership role within a creative team is preferred.
