Buildings and Infrastructure Department Manager

Manages the direct execution of works on capital construction and reconstruction of industrial facilities

Organizes the development of projects of long-term, medium-term and current plans for capital construction, preparation of title lists all the objects of capital construction, applications for building materials and equipment.

Monitors the implementation of design and construction organizations of contractual obligations, where necessary, imposes sanctions ,stipulated with agreements.

Organizes the implementation of plans for capital construction, the timely issuance of design estimates and technical documentation for the construction works and also provides technical supervision of deadlines and quality of work, for their conformity to the approved design and estimate documentation, working drawings, building codes, standards, technology standards safety, the requirements of rational organization of labor.

Executes the timely commissioning of facilities.

Coordinates with the authorities responsible for technical supervision, issues related to the implementation, testing and registration of equipment on construction sites.

Executes control over the expenditure of funds allocated for the purchase of equipment in accordance with the title list, observance of rules of storage and quality of conservation is not installed equipment.

Supervises the work on improving the organization of labor in the construction, reduce costs and improve the quality of construction works, the reduction of their terms, the improvement and reduction in price, design and survey works.

Assists the introduction of innovations, reduces the cost and shorten the construction period, accelerating the return on investments (without sacrificing structural strength and deterioration in the quality of construction work).

Organizes work on accounting and reporting for capital construction.
