Training Coordinator

- Implement approved development plans and coordinate agreed training activities, ensure compliance with Organization's approved training plan and budget.
- Organize training sessions specific to various roles and in coordination with SUEZ experts and SUEZ entities specialized in training.
- Develop training providers' database by conducting thorough research and analyzing educational vendors.
- Collaborate with specialized instructors to lead trainings and oversee employee participation.
- Prepare training venues by ensuring instructors have all the tools, technical equipment and resources needed to effectively teach a course.
- Manage course evaluations and overall productivity during training sessions to assess their efficiency and ability to engage.
- Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees.
- Protect interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties.
- Timely and properly fulfill the duties and functions defined in this job description.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in education, HR, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or training management.
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in Uzbek, English and Russian languages.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office.

Project: Tashkent water transformation plan
The total budget of the project is 185.4 million euros, of which 142 million euros will be disbursed through loans from leading European banks - the funds will be used to modernize urban water supply and sewerage networks and improve their management in accordance with the highest international standards.

Main activity:
• Upgrade Tashkent water public service to an international standard
• Bring the experience of SUEZ, introduce modern technologies, equipment and software to improve the management of drinking water supply and sewage system in the city of Tashkent
• Improve financial sustainability of the water service.
