Main Shift

📋 Job Responsibilities:

Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers for US trucking companies

Conduct driver interviews and pre-screening

Communicate with drivers via calls, messages, and follow-ups

Maintain and update driver data and recruitment reports

Build and manage a strong driver pipeline

📝 Requirements:

C1 level English – speaking (IELTS 7 or equivalent) – mandatory

Russian language is a plus

Minimum 6 months of experience in driver recruiting or logistics

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Organized, responsible, and result-oriented
