Project Engineer (Villa Experience)

Job Title: Construction Manager / Project Manager (Villas)


Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a competent and hands-on Construction Manager / Project Manager to oversee the execution of villa construction projects across the UAE. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise villa construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and costs; report regularly to senior management.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP, and structural teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review and implement work programs, method statements, and construction schedules.
• Enforce quality control and HSE procedures on-site.
• Manage material coordination and site logistics.
• Lead site meetings and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in villa or residential construction in home country.
• UAE experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Can communicate in English both verbal and non-verbal

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing villa projects independently.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and authority requirements is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 10,000 per month
