Academic Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Lesson Quality Control: Observe lessons (primarily online) and evaluate them against established academic standards.

• Teacher Monitoring: Assess lesson preparation, methodology, use of CLT principles, and quality of student interaction.

• Analysis and Recommendations: Provide actionable suggestions based on student engagement, homework, assessments, and overall performance metrics.

• Reporting: Compile accurate and comprehensive reports using Google Sheets and Docs, informed by observations and system data.

• Standards Development: Ensure alignment with CLT methodology and internal teaching quality standards.

• CRM & LMS Utilization: Analyze teacher performance using data from CRM and LMS platforms.

• Professional Development Guidance: Highlight problem areas and propose improvements by class or level.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English (IELTS 7.5).

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

• Strong ability to assess academic processes and provide constructive feedback.

• Solid understanding of CLT methodology and effective lesson staging.

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and independent decision-making.

• Experience with CRM or LMS platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to multitask and make quick, informed decisions.
