We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager (Head of LeadGen department) to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and support outbound lead generation roadmap;
- Manage the team of Lead Gen Specialists (3+1 Data researcher);
- Maintain Business correspondence until a call arrangement;
- Create and test hypothesis for lead’s acquisition improvement;
- Automate lead generation and client acquisition processes, integrating tools and CRM;
- Conduct market research for trends and automation tools for lead generation;
- Analyze, differentiate and convert clients from warm to hot prospects;
- Conduct market research of potential customers, benchmarking;
- Achieve Budget spending control.
Requirements:
- min 3+ year in IT industry and 1+ year of team management;
- Proficiency in English (no less than B2);
- Knowledge of CRM (preferably HubSpot) and other tools for outbound automation process (for example, Snov.io, Reply.io, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Brevo, GetSales, OutReach, Expandi.io);
- Understanding of sales techniques and pipeline;
- Great business correspondence (B2B) experience;
- Multitasking and high learning ability;
- Sociability, good sense of humor.
Will be a plus:
- Marketing research experience;
- Experience in Sales.
