Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy of the company
Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and identify new market opportunities
Plan, launch, and manage effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user growth
Oversee public relations activities, manage brand image, and work with media partners
Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies based on data Support regional expansion
Requirements:
Strong expertise in market planning and market research, with the ability to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities
Proven experience in marketing management and execution of successful marketing campaigns Knowledge of public relations and brand reputation management
Understanding of sales processes and ability to align marketing and sales strategies
3–5 years of experience in IT taxi / ride-sharing / transportation technology sector (preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience in transportation or technology companies will be an advantage
Terms:
Full-time, on-site position Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Saturday
Lunch break: 1.5 hours (not included in working time)
Office location: Kokand, Uzbekistan Competitive salary (discussed during the interview)
