Financial Analyst Md-Sr (remote)

Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a new Financial Analyst to join our team for a major international financial holding group.

What you will do:

• Execute the annual budget and organize the process of rolling forecasts;

• Develop and maintain financial models in Excel;

• Conduct cross-functional analytics with the ability to influence business decisions;

• Opportunity to participate in diverse tasks related to product analytics;

• Optimize and automate business processes (budgeting, controlling, reporting);

• Prepare analytical reports in Russian and English.

What we expect:

• Higher education;

• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst;

• Experience in maintaining financial and management reporting;

• Experience in financial modeling or creating methodologies for business element valuation;

• Knowledge of SQL (VBA and Python are a plus);

• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, automated dashboards, Power Query/Pivot);

• Experience with Power BI is a plus;

• High level of autonomy and proactiveness;

• English language proficiency from B1 (Intermediate) level.
