About Us
We are AkaCorp Global Tech, an IT company helping businesses grow through modern
digital solutions. Our team includes developers, designers, marketers, and SMM
specialists across the world. We are currently looking for a Business Assistant to help
optimize our internal processes and support our technology operations.

Responsibilities
Execute operational tasks and business development assignments.
• Search for and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Communicate with clients and monitor the status and fulfillment of orders.
• Search for and recruit new employees.
• Supervise employee performance and track task completion.
• Assist the manager with daily tasks and objectives.
• Manage documentation, and maintain lists and spreadsheets.
• Draft regulations (SOPs), compile and organize the internal knowledge base, and
create presentations.
• Perform basic accounting work (e.g., recording expenses, tracking payments,
supporting invoice and payment schedules under supervision of the finance
team).
• Conduct data center visits as required, including basic checks on cabling, rack
allocation, and coordination with on-site technical staff.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the remote engineering team and
data center teams, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and issue
tracking.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Basic Accounting Support
Accurate and timely recording of expenses, vendor payments, and
supporting documents.
• Zero or minimal errors in accounting entries and reconciliations assigned
to you.
• Data Center Coordination
• Regular, properly documented visits to data centers as per schedule or
project needs.
• Correct capture of cabling requirements, rack status, and on-site checks,
with clear updates shared with the engineering and management teams.
SPOC Between Remote Engineering and Data Center Teams
• Smooth coordination of tasks, changes, and incidents between remote
engineers and data center staff.
• Timely escalation and follow-up on issues until closure, with clear
communication logs and status tracking.

Requirements
• Readiness to work in a multitasking environment; ability to solve problems
quickly and under tight deadlines.
• Diligent, self-reliant, responsible, and disciplined; you will handle critical tasks
that require high accuracy and ownership.
• Strong internet research skills (ability to find information quickly) and fact
checking ability.
• Experience in solving complex problems independently.
• Languages: Uzbek, English, and Russian (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn:
• Accounting fundamentals.
• Data center environment (cabling, racks, coordination with technical
teams).
