Plan and manage all commissioning activities from mechanical completion to final startup

Lead and supervise commissioning teams and coordinate vendors

Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation

Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards

Report progress and manage documentation and final handover to the client

Knowledge of Proverlis Software (advantage)

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).

Extensive proven experience (typically 8+ years) in commissioning power generation plants, particularly those involving gas engines or gas turbines.

Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing teams of supervisors and technicians

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is often preferred
