About the Company
Greenmoving is a professional moving company based in California, providing residential and commercial relocation services across the state. We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for a strong English-speaking Sales Manager who can handle inbound leads, provide estimates, and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from phone, website, Google Ads, Yelp, and Thumbtack
- Communicate with customers via calls, SMS, email, chats
- Collect detailed moving information (addresses, dates, inventory, stairs, packing needs, special items, parking conditions)
- Calculate moving costs using *Hourly Rate / Flat Rate*
- Prepare and send estimates via *SmartMoving CRM*
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Secure deposits and confirm bookings
- Update CRM: statuses, notes, lead sources, job details
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Excellent English (speaking & writing)
- Proven sales experience (1+ year)
- Ability to work strictly in Pacific Time (PST) — full overnight shift. Working California time, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Preferred:
- Experience in US markets (customer support, sales, logistics)
- Knowledge of moving industry and SmartMoving CRM
- Strong negotiation & closing skills
