Graphic Motion Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Motion Designer to work on AIBY projects, bringing ideas to life with animation, AI-assisted visuals, and cutting-edge motion techniques.

What you will do:

• Produce short-form creative videos (15–30 sec) for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and ad networks

• Develop visual concepts and motion language for promotional materials, product communication, and internal company needs (e.g., feature promos, brand videos, announcements, presentations)

• Create dynamic advertising assets: vertical ads, concept videos, experimental motion pieces, animation-driven stories, and AI-assisted visuals

• Work with diverse visual techniques: 2D/3D animation, shape animation, generative AI, collaging, compositing, and mixed pipelines

• Integrate AI-generated imagery or video into polished, cohesive motion pieces

• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to adapt concepts, explore creative directions, and iterate based on feedback

What you should have:

• 2+ years of experience in motion design

• Strong creative thinking and the ability to propose concepts, visual directions, and storytelling approaches—not only execute predefined tasks

• High visual literacy: familiarity with motion trends, advertising formats, social-media aesthetics, and contemporary design culture

• Proficiency in After Effects: animation, compositing, advanced easing, shape animation, typography, effects

• Confident skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D package (Blender or Cinema 4D)

• Ability to work with UI files and assets (Figma or similar)

• Experience with commonly used plugins/scripts for AE (Trapcode, Element 3D, Optical Flares, etc.) or willingness to adopt new tools rapidly

• Competence in sound synchronization, basic sound editing, and building rhythm-driven motion pieces

• Knowledge of editing principles: pacing, structure, transitions, storytelling flow, and visual clarity

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (image/video generation, enhancement, style transfer, etc.)

• At least a Pre-Intermediate level of English

• Experience with sculpting, rigging, character animation, or simulation workflows (cloth, particles, fluids)

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro for advanced editing or color work
