Team Lead / Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to lead an engineering team building a data management platform with complex integrations, real-time processing, and multi-tenant architecture. The role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and active development, with a strong focus on modern AI-assisted engineering practices.​

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery: planning, task breakdown, estimations, quality, and releases

• Technical leadership across React/Node.js/TypeScript

• Own architecture decisions (multi-tenant, RBAC, reliability, security)

• Drive team standards: code reviews, testing strategy, performance practices

• Champion AI-assisted development (team-wide best practices, faster prototyping, productivity)

Requirements

• 5+ years in full-stack development; 1–2+ years leading/mentoring engineers

• Strong React + TypeScript (complex UI/dashboards)

• Strong Node.js + TypeScript, REST APIs, real-time data flows

• PostgreSQL/Supabase experience (data modeling, optimization)

• Confident use of AI tools in development (and ability to scale usage across the team)

• Professional level of Russian + English (B2+) (written and spoken)​

Nice to have:

DevOps ownership: experience owning delivery operations - setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release processes, collaborating on Docker/Kubernetes deployment standards, and promoting DevOps best practices across the team
