We are looking for a Senior Manager (Data Scientist) to join our Project Management and Software Development Department. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive and statistical models, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational efficiency. You will work closely with AI engineers, analysts, and developers to transform business challenges into scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis and modeling.
- Develop, train, and validate machine learning and statistical models.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights.
- Deploy models into production and monitor performance.
- Optimize and improve existing models for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement scalable data pipelines.
- Document methodologies, processes, and model decisions.
- Present results and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up to date on new technologies and best practices in data science.
- Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and model development.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
- Skilled in data cleaning, transformation, and preprocessing.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic environments.
