Aksa Kazakhstan Ltd. is a subsidiary and the official representative of Aksa Jeneratör in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. We are opening the position of Chief Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Full accounting and tax management of the company
Full financial management and financial reporting
Preparation and submission of tax, statistical, and financial reports
Control of accounts receivable/payable, inventory movement, and import accounting
Payroll and HR-related accounting functions
Interaction with auditors, banks, and government authorities
Preparation of financial, HR, warehouse, and operational reports for the Head Office (Aksa Jenerator / Kazancı Holding) according to required formats and deadlines
Ensuring compliance with the legislation of Kazakhstan and internal corporate policies
Preparation, monitoring and updating of all financial and accounting systems such as Monthly USD Report, TimeSheet Report (for HR), Weekly Sales Report, Gross Margin Report, Payment Estimation Report, Cash Flow, etc., via MS Office Programs, especially Excel
HR functions
Coordination with Customs brokerage for clearance of goods.
To carry out reporting activities which that position is responsible for in accordance with the procedures determined by the manager to who that role is reporting to.
To ensure that all planned and unplanned operational works within the scope of Finance & Accounting are carried out completely, on time and with the desired quality.
Preparing annual leave reports. And, also, to send and share these reports to Human Resources Department of HQ Office at Turkey

To make internal and external correspondence and reports related to finance & accounting and to file them.
Be responsible for all accounting and finance process
Doing all operations about daily finance works such as payments, preparation of invoices, collections and their follow-up, execution of daily cash and bank transfer transactions.
After these processes are done and completed, reporting the work outputs to the relevant units (Country Manager)
Be able to follow the cash status and preparing the follow-up table for the future payment plans.
Preparing a projection of transactions such as cash flow, credit control
Monitoring the stock and preparing the report. Recording the input-output movements of the products.
To communicate directly with the Customer for the processes of proforma, invoice sending, collection of invoices
Classification and reporting of all personnel, office, operational etc. expenses of Aksa Kazakhstan
Requirements:
Higher education in accounting, finance, or audit
Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant in Kazakhstan.
Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting and tax legislation
Experience with import operations and inventory accounting is required
Proficiency in 1C, e-invoice systems, IS ESF, and other state portals.
Knowledge of English or Turkish at a level sufficient for reporting and written communication with Head Office (mandatory)
High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large data volumes
