Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.

  • Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing to engage potential clients.

  • Research and create Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) lists to target the right prospects effectively.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Track and report sales metrics, including outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

  • Continuously improve outreach strategies and techniques to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or remote services.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills for cold calling and email outreach.

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.

  • Ability to research and identify potential clients, creating accurate ICP lists.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
