Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email marketing to engage potential clients.
Research and create Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) lists to target the right prospects effectively.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns for maximum impact.
Track and report sales metrics, including outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Continuously improve outreach strategies and techniques to optimize results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or remote services.
Strong communication and persuasion skills for cold calling and email outreach.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
Ability to research and identify potential clients, creating accurate ICP lists.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
