Native English Speaker

Job Title: English Teacher (IELTS & General English) — Full-Time

EduBridge is looking for a qualified and motivated English Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be able to teach both IELTS Preparation and General English and must have internationally recognized teaching certifications and documented teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IELTS Academic & General Training on a daily basis

• Conduct General English classes (A1–B2 levels)

• Prepare students for all IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking

• Deliver mock Speaking tests and assess Writing tasks using official band descriptors

• Provide structured feedback and track student progress

• Create individual learning plans based on each student’s goals

• Maintain lesson records and update student progress reports

• Participate in internal training and follow EduBridge teaching standards

Requirements

• Country of origin: not required (both native and near-native speakers welcome; English level C2)

• Ability to commit to full-time work, 5 days per week

• Approx. 6 teaching hours per day (plus preparation time)

• Mandatory international teaching certifications:

  • IELTS Teaching Certificate / IELTS Teacher Training, or

  • CELTA / DELTA, or

  • TESOL / TEFL (120+ hours)

• Proven teaching qualifications:

  • Teaching certificates,

  • OR a degree in Education / Linguistics,

  • OR official references confirming teaching experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching IELTS

• Strong understanding of IELTS assessment criteria

• Confident use of modern teaching methodologies and interactive tools

Working Conditions
