JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a qualified CNC vertical milling (VMC) and vertical lathe (VTL) operator with programming skills to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines for the production of precision components.

Main responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a vertical milling machine (VMC) and a vertical lathe (VTL) to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Reading technical drawings, diagrams and GD&T (geometric dimensions and tolerances) symbols to determine machining requirements.
• Programming, editing and optimization of CNC programs using CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programs.
• Selection of cutting tools, holders and fixtures required for machining operations.
• Performing regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust parameters as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
• Maintain production documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and inspection reports.

Qualification:

Technical education: College degree (mechanical technician, machine operator, CNC operator), or engineering education (bachelor's degree) in mechanical engineering or metalworking. Additional certifications in CNC machine operation are a significant advantage.

• Proven experience as a VMC and VTL operator, with strong skills in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the valve manufacturing industry and working with valve parts (cover, spindle, body).
• Deep knowledge of machining principles, tool selection and cutting conditions.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages ​​such as G-code and M-code.
• Experience in MasterCAM-2026 for programming and simulation.

The advantage will be:

• Experience with multi-axis machining and advanced CNC programming, as well as the Fanuc control system.
• Knowledge of processing various materials, including metals (Inconel, brass, stainless steel).
• Introduction to lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
