Job Purpose:

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and maintaining the university’s visual identity by producing high-quality digital and print materials. This position supports marketing and communication efforts by creating engaging, brand-consistent visuals for campaigns, social media, events, and internal needs, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the university’s visual identity across digital and print materials.

• Create advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, Yandex, and YouTube.

• Produce social media assets: posts, stories, banners, infographics.

• Design presentations, handouts, posters, and large-format materials (roll-ups, stands, pop-ups).

• Prepare visuals for email campaigns, website content, and event branding.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Targeting Specialist to adapt designs for various audiences and formats.

• Ensure visual consistency across Kazakh, Russian, and English content.

• Maintain and update the visual asset library.

Tools & Expertise:

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

• Figma, Adobe XD (UI/UX, prototyping, responsive layouts).

• After Effects, Premiere Pro (motion graphics, video assets).

• PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides (presentation design).

• Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Adobe CC Libraries (asset management).

• AI tools: Midjourney, Higgshield/Adobe Firefly.
