Main responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Market Development Manager to develop and deliver on Kyrgyzstan growth strategies and business plan for each sales channel.
- Track and report on the delivery of plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor distribution targets and point-of-sale (POS) norms, providing guidance to the distributors.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and follow up on their execution.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the distributor teams and company functions, ensuring alignment with the Regional Market Development Manager and headquarters (HQ) teams.
- Monitor brand activity compliance and report findings to the Regional Market Development Manager and HQ.
- Prepare country business reports covering volume, profitability, and business metrics; support the Regional Market Development Manager in preparing country reports, reviewing presentations, and fulfilling other requirements.
- Track market trends, analyze competitor actions, and propose necessary actions.
- Conduct periodic market visits to audit merchandising and execution performance
Requirements:
- Work experience: 3 - 5 years
- Work experience in sector: 2+ years (in sales, trade marketing, or market development, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.)
- Graduate degree from sales, marketing, business administration, or similar
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of sales and distribution operations
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Marketing, sales and Strategic Planning experience
- Responsiveness to fast changing conditions and agility
- Fluent in English, Russian is a plus
