Обязанности:
- Identify and analyze startups for potential investment (pre-seed and seed stage)
- Conduct market research, due diligence, and financial analysis
- Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and internal reports
- Work closely with founders during the acceleration program
- Maintain and update the startup pipeline database
- Assist in structuring investment deals and post-investment tracking
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including universities and incubators
- Represent the fund at startup events, demo days, and networking opportunities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields
- Proven interest or experience in startups, investments, or consulting
- Solid understanding of venture capital instruments (SAFE, Convertible Note, etc.)
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Proficient in Uzbek, English, and Russian (all three are mandatory)
- Excellent MS Excel / PowerPoint / Google Workspace skills
- Ready to work onsite full-time in our Tashkent office
