Learning and Development Specialist

Are you passionate about fostering growth and development in others? KPMG is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Almaty or Astana. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze learning needs via stakeholder interviews and gap assessments.

• Develop and implement consulting-focused training (client management, leadership, etc.).

• Manage LMS, track progress, and curate content.

• Conduct engaging training sessions and organize learning events.

• Lead L&D projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and optimize programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Education, Business, HR, or related field.

• 3+ years in L&D, preferably in consulting/professional services.

• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

• LMS experience and fluency in English (Russian/Kazakh a plus).
