We are looking for a Sales Manager (Hungarian-speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound communication (calls, messengers, email) in Hungarian, conduct qualification conversations, and reactivate inactive VIP clients.
- Inform clients about receiving VIP status and present the benefits of the VIP program and personalized offers.
- Assign and explain bonuses, increasing conversion to activation.
- Maintain and update the client database and prepare reports on client activity, feedback, and communication outcomes.
- Track key VIP performance indicators and monitor their dynamics.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Hungarian — C1/Native, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ukrainian — B2+
- Experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets, CRM systems, and basic analytical reports
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced iGaming environment and adapt to new processes.
