Visual Merchandiser

We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser for our Kazakhstan operation.

Job Description

• Create visually appealing product arrangements, window displays, and in-store layouts to attract customers and drive sales
• Follow brand planograms to ensure consistent product placement and compliance with guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are available, labeled, and priced correctly
• Update displays for holidays, sales events, or new product launches
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Ensure all products are tagged with correct prices, promotions, and compliance labels
• Keep displays clean, organized, and free of damaged/expired goods
• Use sales reports to optimize product placement and highlight high-demand items
• Educate sales teams on maintaining displays and brand presentation rules
• Provide weekly updates to supervisors on stock levels and merchandising results

Requirements

• Proven experience in merchandising or retail operations
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail
• Ability to follow corporate guidelines and adapt to seasonal campaigns
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• English language skills will be an advantage
