Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant provides support for administrative processes related to Operations Department
Responsibilities:
Assist with general office tasks
Maintain and organize documentation
Handle communication with outside organizations
Manage paperwork and filing
Performance and task management, assist in performance evaluation and task closing.
Meeting management, including meeting booking, recording and activity planning.
Email and Letter management, Establish a record system for emails and letters and follow up.
Documents translation, drafting and/or translating Email/letters/Documents (Russian/Uzbek to English, or English to Russian/Uzbek)
Documents collection, printing and delivering.
Other works necessary from the Department.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in English
Experience in administrative or office-related roles
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Female genders only
Terms of Employment:
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
