Social Media Growth Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media promotion strategies across Instagram, Facebook, VK, YouTube, and other platforms

• Create, plan, and publish content (texts, images, videos)

• Engage with the audience: managing comments, direct messages, and reviews

• Monitor social media trends, introducing new ideas and content formats

• Analyze content performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SMM

• Strong command of SMM tools (e.g., Hootsuite, PromoPult, etc.)

• Experience in creating and editing visual and video content

• Creativity and the ability to generate fresh content ideas

• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactiveness

• English proficiency B2 or higher
