A rare international career opportunity in luxury travel
Flyer Club is a U.S.–based luxury travel concierge specializing in business- and first-class international flights, elite hotels, villas, private aviation, and high-touch services for UHNW and corporate clients worldwide.
We are expanding our global coordination team and seeking exceptional individuals capable of delivering world-class service, operating with precision, and managing complex itineraries at an international standard.
This position is fully remote, and we welcome strong candidates from any country.
This is a high-performance role within an international luxury travel company — not a routine travel-agent position.
You will work directly with discerning clients and global partners, handle complex itineraries, and receive professional training from U.S. and European specialists. There is a clear growth track into senior coordination and leadership roles.
Core Responsibilities
Build and manage premium itineraries:
international flights (business/first class), luxury hotels, villas, private jets, yachts, helicopters, chauffeur services, etc.
Deliver five-star communication and service standards for UHNW clients.
Handle urgent changes, disruptions, and complex situations with speed and precision.
Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce).
Maintain and build relationships with luxury suppliers and premium partners worldwide.
Support leadership with VIP bookings, concierge tasks, and special operational projects.
Advanced Responsibilities (after ~3 months)
Negotiate rates and commissions to maximize client value and company profitability.
Solve complex logistical challenges and perform route recovery when needed.
Build relationships with premium suppliers in aviation, hotels, and luxury services.
Participate in workflow improvements, quality assurance, and client experience optimization.
Assist in luxury event coordination and curated experiences for elite clients.
You are someone who:
Has excellent written English (C1+) — this is mandatory, as most communication is via email and WhatsApp.
Has solid spoken English (B1–B2) — enough for internal communication and occasional calls.
Strong writing is more important than perfect speaking.
Is detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Stays calm under pressure and solves problems quickly.
Has relevant experience in travel, hospitality, client relations, or coordination.
Thinks ahead, anticipates client needs, and maintains strict confidentiality.
Wants a long-term international career in a high-performance environment.
Position: Fully remote
Schedule: U.S. EST time zone (evening/night shifts)
Base Salary: $500–700 per month, depending on experience
Performance Bonuses:
Up to $1,000+ per month
Based on KPIs, service quality, accuracy, productivity, and profitability
High performers consistently achieve higher bonus tiers
Growth Path:
VIP Coordinator → Senior Coordinator → Concierge Manager → Operations Lead
