About the Role:

We are a U.S.-based trucking company operating nationwide and expanding our fleet of Owner-Operators. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and verifying documents

• Preparing safety reports and updating internal systems

• Monitoring violations, citations, and accident history

• Ensuring all driver documents meet company and federal requirements

• Maintaining accurate safety records and logs

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in safety, compliance (HR experience is a plus)
✔️ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✔️ Strong communication and high attention to details
✔️ Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
✔️ Strong document verification and analytical skills

Compensation:

• Fixed salary + bonuses

• Work schedule: 5/2 or 6/1, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Tashkent time
