Junior Financial reporting specialist

We are looking for ambitious and energetic professionals to strengthen our team in Kazakhstan.

At the moment, we are seeking a Junior Finance Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Participation in monthly, quarterly, annual management and financial reporting to HQ (manufacturing and distribution companies) with strict deadlines
• Participation in annual budget of two companies as well as budget vs variance analysis
• Participation in external and internal auditors
• Supervision of accounting department for correctness of bookkeeping
• Other ad-hoc tasks from management
• Participation in business process automation
• Participation in establishing the manufacturing process as well as bookkeeping and business processes

  Requirements:

• Graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration
• At least 1-year experience in big 4 firms is preferred
• Understand financial accounting, auditing, corporate finance
• Have excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Proficient in English
• Business process automation experience would be advantageous
