Our Requirements:

• Higher legal education

• LLM degree (preferred)

• Knowledge of labor, civil, tax, and administrative law, business communication ethics, and occupational health and safety rules and regulations

• Key personal qualities: initiative, punctuality, reliability, and dedication to clients’ interests

• Fluent in Russian and English

Your Responsibilities:

• Legal support of clients’ activities in corporate law and related areas

• Protection of clients’ interests in courts and representation before government authorities (including law enforcement agencies)

• Consulting clients on various areas of law

• Analysis and legal expertise of contracts, protocols of disagreement to contracts

• Drafting contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documents

Key Skills:
