Building and managing relationships with customer
Conducting annual nego, contract signing, business reviews
Managing P&L of the assigned customer
Creating promo-plan
Responsible for in/outs
Implementing and maintaining in-store tactics developed within Category Management partnerships with the Customer
Coordinating special events (store-level sell-in and communication, materials management in-store etc.) in cooperation with Business Development Mgr
Working with customer service to track orders, troubleshoot, and achieve customer service KPI's
Working with logistics to plan, analyse customer's needs and to ensure on-time and complete delivery
Monitoring competitive activity at store level, recording and consolidating key activities, monitoring speed and breadth of distribution, and identifying competitive best practices and discussing with Business Development Mgr so that (s)he can proactively respond with strategic/tactical refinements
Requirements to the candidate:
Higher education
Experience in CD – CDM Direct or Indirect position for at least 3 years (preferably – national clients)
Experience in other function with significant involvement in dealing with Direct Customers for at least 3 years could be an alternative to pure CD experience (see above item)
Strong customer engagement, financial literacy
Intermediate English
Required competencies:
Responsible, pro-active, open-minded
Have strong analytical, influence/negotiation and communication skills
Be able to work under pressure.
