PROJECT MANAGER (1-YEAR ASSIGNMENT)

Normeca International AS is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a one-year assignment to support our Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) project in Kyrgyzstan. The Project Manager will work from our headquarters in Bishkek, and travel to the MMUs will be expected. A key part of the role is to act as a bridge between Normeca and government authorities, including handling all documentation and coordination related to the upcoming handover of the MMUs.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main link between government authorities and Normeca.

  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate all documents required for the MMU handover process.

  • Maintain regular communication with the Ministry of Health and other authorities.

  • Support daily project operations and follow up with other managers.

  • Lead and monitor project activities, reporting, and compliance with procedures.

  • Support HR with recruitment and onboarding when required.

• QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant administrative education; background in health administration is an advantage.

  • Minimum five years of professional experience and management experience from a similar role.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with authorities.

  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable handling complex documentation.
